Safe Place | Art Therapy Collage

Everyone needs a corner where their heart can rest. But in a city that never stops, how do we create that sense of safety for ourselves?

This afternoon is a gentle art therapy workshop where you’ll design a “safe place” inside a small box. Using collage materials, textures, and personal imagination, participants will construct their own miniature sanctuary—an external object to hold an inner feeling. Alongside the making, we’ll share tea and conversation, slowing down enough to notice what safety means for each of us.

This is not about artistic skill. It’s not about making something “beautiful.” It’s about building a tactile reminder that safety can be created, carried, and chosen, even in the busiest of times.

Come with an open heart. Leave with a safe place you can hold in your hands, and perhaps with a new sense of calm to carry back into your daily life.

In collaboration with 7s Art — a creative space dedicated to art therapy and mindful expression.

Life Blind Box: Shadows of Fate

Life Blind Box: Shadows of Fate

What if your life were a blind box? Some fragments you chose. Some were handed to you by chance. Together, they make up a story—but what happens when those fragments are shuffled, traded, and reassembled?

This evening begins playfully, with a dice game of quick-fire questions that open us to randomness. Then, each participant will draw anonymous “life fragments” collected beforehand—real memories, traits, regrets, and dreams shared by others. From those fragments, you will piece together a “Tonight’s New Self,” and share it in the form of a short life story.

The goal isn’t to perform, but to practice deep listening: to notice what feels foreign, what resonates, and what echoes your own truth. Before the night ends, you’ll also add one fragment from your real life back into the collective blind box, leaving a piece of yourself for someone else to discover.

This is not speed networking. It’s not small talk. It’s a slow social experiment where randomness becomes a mirror, and strangers become companions in asking: what else could my life be?

In collaboration with Lately Café — a cozy Lower East Side café known for its thoughtful drinks and warm atmosphere.

Secret Garden | Inner Child Exploration Night

We all carry a secret garden inside us. Somewhere in that garden lives a curious, sensitive child who still longs to be seen. This evening is about slowing down, stepping into that garden, and gently rediscovering the parts of ourselves we often leave behind.

Through guided meditation, playful group exercises, acrylic painting, and story sharing, participants will reconnect with their inner child—not as something broken to be fixed, but as a source of imagination, resilience, and joy.

This is not an art class. It’s not therapy in the traditional sense. It’s a communal evening where art and conversation become tools for self-discovery.

Come as you are. Leave with a piece of your childhood reawakened, and with the warmth of others who are also learning to listen inward.

In collaboration with Hello Market — an art space bringing artists, florists, and local brands together in the Lower East Side.

Ideal Grounding Club

Ideal Grounding Club

A gathering about how ideals take shape—not just for founders, but for anyone trying to live more creatively.

The Ideal Grounding Club invites entrepreneurs, creators, and everyday experimenters to share the unfinished parts of their stories:

The idea you've refined but haven't launched. The project you kept working on after your team gave up. The moment you chose to keep going, despite identity pressure, limited resources, or creative isolation.

This is not a Demo Day. It’s not a traditional networking event. There are no polished pitches or predetermined wins—only real stories of doubt, decisions, and doing it anyway.

We believe entrepreneurship isn’t reserved for the elite. It’s a daily practice for anyone trying to live with more intention and imagination.

Come with your “unfinished,” and listen to how others have turned uncertainty into personal truth.

Blind Book Swap

Sometimes, it’s not you who finds a book — it’s a book that finds you.

Book Blind Swap is an intimate book-sharing ritual that blends instinct, emotion, and storytelling.
You’ll bring one book, wrapped and anonymous, along with a handwritten quote.
What you’ll take home is not only a new book — but also a moment of resonance.

This Vol.3 edition features a new element:
Genre-Inspired Circles — Participants will be grouped into small tables (5 people each) based on a short pre-event quiz. Themed groups like The Memoirs, The Sci-Fi Novels, and The Travel Journals create space for deeper, more focused conversation.

Off Duty Lab

Off Duty Lab is a collective life experiment that invites 25 participants to sit at tables of five and explore who they might become outside of work.
Together, we’ll step away—just briefly—from roles, deadlines, and productivity, to ask a different set of questions:
Who are we when we’re not working?
And where might life lead, if not toward usefulness?

With group-based imagination tasks, identity reassignments, and a co-created “off-duty” wall of notes,
this is a soft pause for anyone curious about what else life could be.

Character Profiles: The Two Versions of Me

We each carry a version of ourselves that fits what society, family, or culture expects.
And then there’s the one we imagine, when no one’s looking.

In this workshop, we’ll gently explore both of them — not to choose between them, but to place them side by side and simply see.

You’ll write two identity cards, share stories at your own pace, and finish by creating two symbolic self-portraits:
One for the version others often see, and one for the person you wish to become.

MBTI Table Lab

MBTI Table Lab

Not a test, but an experiment.

In this social experiment, you won’t reveal your MBTI type, nor will others tell you theirs.
Instead, each participant enters the room with a self-named persona—a playful identity like “The Procrastination Aesthete” or “The Emotion Navigator.”

Through group rounds, role swaps, and observation cards, we will explore:

  • How do we connect without relying on four letters?

  • What happens when we observe and respond, instead of labeling?

  • Which parts of ourselves appear when judgment is set aside?

This evening is designed as a mix of slow social, human observation, and playful role-play.
Expect gentle experiments, surprising reflections, and a collective wall of insights by the end of the night.

Come not to prove who you are, but to see—and be seen—in unexpected ways.
